Houston is geographically a very large City, so it is imperative that your Data Center be close to your Technical Staff if they are supporting your operation. It could take over an hour to the facility due to the high traffic volumes which is a very long time for an outage. Many facilities provide Remote Hands for certain applications but most of the Data Centers in Houston provide only simple technical intervention.
